We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that our fabrics and accessories meet your expectations. This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through www.byroy.co.


1. General Policy

Because many of our fabrics are cut to order or custom-prepared, we generally handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis.
We encourage customers to contact us before placing large or customized orders to confirm product details such as color, texture, and material.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To request a return or refund:

  • You must contact us within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Cut fabrics, custom-length materials, or made-to-order items.

  • Sample swatches or ribbons.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling, exposure, or improper storage.


4. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  1. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  2. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Include photos and a brief description of the issue.

  • After cut no claim

We will investigate and, if applicable, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.


6. Color and Texture Variations

Due to the nature of textile materials, minor color, weave, or texture differences may occur between batches or display screens.
Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


7. B2B Orders

For wholesale or bulk orders, returns and refunds are handled through direct communication and written agreement.
Each case will be evaluated individually based on the nature of the order, production schedule, and shipping method.
